Essentials

Check out the 'Essential' information like opening hours and contact details via the main links to the left - and see below for tips on 'What To Do' and 'What To Bring' to make the most of your time here.

Before Arrival

Pre-book your slope time in advance through our online booking service, on the telephone, or via our customer service departments onsite.

Let us know if your plans change - we need 48 hours notice to allow for a refund or transfer for any cancellations.  Any cancellations within 48 hours will require a doctors note and will be subject to £5 transfer fee.

Arrive 30-45 minutes before your activity start time to allow time to collect your slope passes, get changed and get fully kitted out with equipment.

Wrap up warm - it is REAL snow so you will need full length trousers, long sleeved jacket/top, base layers, socks and gloves. Water proof ski jackets and trousers can be hired from our clothing rental department for £5 per outfit. For hygiene reasons socks and gloves are available to purchase only. For sledging you will also need sturdy footwear (wellies are available to rent) and we recommend a change of clothes.

On arrival

Check in at Ticket sales desk or Clothing rental to collect your passes

Get changed - there are dedicated changing rooms, showers, toliet and lockers (£1 non-refundable)

Get kitted up - all prices quoted INCLUDE complimentary equipment hire - for skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards, snowboard boots, sledges and helmets, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.

Get out there - anyone booked on a lesson will be met in the designated areas, and be taken to the slopes by their instructor, anyone on sledging or Ice Slide sessions will be met by slope patrollers. Anyone booked on recreational slope time on the main slope can go onto the slope independently once the slope is valid.
