SNO!zone has an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our site in
Responsibilities include:
• Advising, guiding and leading on Employee Relations Issues such as Disciplinary and Grievance Issues up to and including dismissals
• Managing the recruitment process including interviewing
• Dealing with the organisation and processing of new contracts
• Dealing effectively with day to day queries with regards to policies and procedures and employee relations
• Supporting in a range of HR projects
• Delivering training courses to all levels of staff and management
• Assisting in the payroll process as required
• Monitoring and managing absence
• Managing the starters and leavers processes
• Staff newsletter
If you would like to work for one of the
ü Two years experience in HR
ü Sound knowledge of HR and Payroll Legislation
ü Strong influencing skills
ü Excellent communicator at all levels
ü Highly organised
ü Qualified to CIPD level or working towards
ü Ideally with experience of working within the leisure industry
ü Drive and passion to take HR at SNO!zone to the next level
We are looking for our new team member to start in August 2010. The salary is circa £20,000 and working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Benefits include 20 days annual leave (increasing for every year of service), free use of the snow slope and discretionary discounts in Xscape upon completion of a 3 month probationary period.
