Maintenance Engineer, Castleford

Snozone Castleford is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure that the facility operates safely and efficiently whilst being presented to the highest possible standard at all times. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be accountable for all areas of Maintenance of the venue both on and off slope.

Your duties will include maintaining and supporting a stringent PPM strategy to ensure all site facilities & services are working efficiently & safely. In addition, you will take accountability for the management of utilities such as water, gas and electricity.

Working as a team, you will ensure all reactive maintenance issues are dealt with in a corrective and timely manner adhering to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

You will also oversee specific key Maintenance Contracts as outlined by the Operations Manager.

The person we need:

  • Proven Maintenance experience and a track record of high performance in a single or multi-site business.
  • Experience as a multi skilled Engineer or Technician within a fast paced environment.
  • F-Gas certification (desirable but not essential).
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualification, 17th edition would be advantageous.
  • Experience of pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics and air handling units would be advantageous.
  • Clear & concise communicator at all levels.
  • Experience of budgetary control.
  • Possesses a very committed and diligent working style.
  • Exhibits strong judgement, drive and influencing skills.

Membership Advisor, Castleford

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Membership Advisor to join our existing sales teams at Castleford. Accountable to the Sales and Membership Manager, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record working within a sales team focused on over achievement of targets.

You will have strict membership targets on membership retention and new membership sales which must be met.  The role will be very demanding but also very rewarding.

Your role will be purely membership retention and new member sales with the support of the Sales and Membership Manager.

Key skills and attributes required are:

  • Proven membership experience in the leisure industry
  • Target driven sales approach
  • Proven ability to proactively work in the pursuit of improving closing ratios
  • High levels of communication and customer service skills
  • Self starter who is highly motivated team player

Operations Support Manager, Milton Keynes

We have vacancies for an Operations Support Managers to join our Operations team in Milton Keynes.

Your key responsibility in this position is to ensure that health and safety legislation and company policies and standards are understood and adhered to. You will provide support to the Operations Manager across all areas of the business in particular rental, maintenance and management of our suppliers.

You will be a highly motivated individual able to plan and organise your own workload and work unsupervised.

Head of Reception, Milton Keynes

We have  an opportunity for any experienced manager to provide leadership and development to our Reception Team, ensuring effective delivery of revenue and the highest standards of customer service including resolving guest issues.

You will be required to perform duty management shifts and prepare the reception team rota, ensuring that the department is staffed to reflect the demands of the business while controlling labour costs.

In addition, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure that we meet revenue targets through merchandise and membership sales, encouraging team members to actively engage with guests.
