RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR, MILTON KEYNES (contract)

As Restaurant Manager you will support the Food & Beverage Manager ensuring the effective operation of the restaurant and bar area to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

You will be responsible for preparing effective staff rotas, organising work shifts and ensuring teams work effectively in our busiest periods.

Your team will prepare and serve quality food and beverages based on our menu specifications and brand standards, ensuring that customers always experience a clean environment and service at its best.

Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

HEAD OF RENTAL – CASTLEFORD (contract)

We are looking for a Head of Rental at Castleford.

Head of Rental will manage a customer facing team, ensuring that the highest standard of service is delivered which culminates in the delivery of a great experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous management experience in a customer-focused environment.

Your key focus in the role will be to:

Ensure staff rotas reflect the operational requirements and the optimum level of customer service and engagement
Develop cross training within the departments
Ensure all team members are exceeding KPI targets and PDP objectives and that corrective coaching is applied where required
Act as the Senior Manager on shift and conduct opening and closing procedures
Provide inspiring leadership, be a standard bearer for the Company’s values and deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with team members will be core to your management style.

HEAD OF RECEPTION – MILTON KEYNES

We are looking for a Head of Reception at Milton Keynes.

Key responsibilities including ensuring that all guests are welcomed and receive the best possible greeting upon entering the venue. You will take responsibility for creating and managing the staff rota, ensuring resources are deployed for maximum efficiency particularly during our busiest times.

You will also monitor stock of our retail products and ensure all reception team members are fully conversant with all products and pricing.

You will be a highly motivated individual who demonstrates strong inter-personal skills with a diligent working style and the ability to multi-task and be a proactive member of the management team.

Candidates must be available to work shifts and weekends on a rota basis.

INSTRUCTORS – BASINGSTOKE

Applications are welcome from Instructors qualified to BASI Level 1 or above (or equivalent) in Alpine Skiing or Snowboarding.  We recruit team members who effortlessly engage with guests, work effectively in teams and who revel in the challenge of delivering excellent lessons and sessions.

Full training will be provided for our adjustable indoor slope.

SALES & MEMBERSHIP MANAGER – CASTLEFORD

We are looking for a service driven Sales & Membership Manager in our Castleford site to lead the team to even greater success, demonstrating great leadership and a determination to reach goals and develop the team.

You will be responsible for the reception team, sales advisors and call centre team so will need to demonstrate real leadership with a focus on over-achievement and delivering great guest service. As a member of the senior management team, you will support the site to ensure staff scheduling reflects the operational requirements of the business and lead by example in demonstrating our brand standards and Company values.

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Our Digital Marketing Executive will oversee the online marketing strategy for Snozone. You will plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for Snozone’s website.

In addition, you will engage with our guests and members through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites. You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on visitor data and devise new ways to market our products.

Key skills

  • Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts will be an integral part of the job – a firm grasp of spelling and grammar is essential.
  • Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to fellow team members and the management team who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is
  • Video editing skills and web development skills: whilst we don’t expect you to be a software developer, an understanding/knowledge of HTML/JavaScript would be useful and strong knowledge of search engine optimisation and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills is essential
  • PPC experience and a good understanding of Google Adwords
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics would be an advantage
  • Project management skills: due to the varied nature of the role and the fact Snozone is open 364 days a year, also need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
  • You should have at least one year’s experience in a similar role
