Sales & Membership Manager – Castleford

Snozone is the most dynamic and the largest indoor ski slope operator in the UK with sites in Milton Keynes and Castleford. Our obsession with customer service comes naturally to our team members – the desire to give a genuine welcome and exceed expectations creates a memorable experience for both new and regular visitors and members.
We are currently looking for a service driven Sales & Membership Manager to lead our sales team in Castleford to bigger and better growth.
Accountable to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record leading a sales team focused on over achievement of targets.
Naturally you will have a great leadership style and will also have a determination to deliver against sales targets and manage the direct conversion into membership, events or visits through implementation of a professional sales process.
You will prepare and present annual and quarterly sales plans, exhibiting strong commercial acumen and a creative approach to achieving objectives.
As a member of the senior management team, you will support the General Manager in ensuring staff rota’s reflect the operational requirements of the business and ensure a culture of high performance and performance management. You will also act as senior manager on shift and conduct opening and closing procedures as required.
Key skills and attributes required are:
• Exceptionally commercially minded
• Experience of managing P&L performance
• Highly motivated, demonstrates inspirational leadership
• A clear communicator with extremely high standards
• Committed and diligent working style
• Possess strong judgement, driving and influencing skills
• Proven experience of managing a team within a commercial environment

Sales & Membership Advisors – Castleford & Milton Keynes

Snozone is the most dynamic and the largest indoor ski slope operator in the UK with sites in Milton Keynes and Castleford. Our obsession with customer service comes naturally to our team members – the desire to give a genuine welcome and exceed expectations creates a memorable experience for both new and regular visitors and members.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Membership Advisor to join our existing sales teams at both sites. Accountable to the Sales and Membership Manager, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record working within a sales team focused on over achievement of targets.

You will support and assist the Sales & Membership Manager with the preparation and implementation of the sales activity calendar in order to generate awareness of Snozone and ensure we achieve our sales targets.

Key skills and attributes required are:

  • Proven commercial experience
  • High performance in a single or multi-site business (not necessarily leisure)
  • Target driven sales approach
  • Proven ability to proactively work in the pursuit of improving closing ratios
  • High levels of communication and Customer Service skills
  • Self starter who is highly motivated
  • Team player

Head of Rental- Castleford & Milton Keynes

Fixed term 6 month contract

Snozone are looking for a Head of Rental for each site to manage the equipment rental department, ensuring a great working environment for team members and an exceptional experience for our guests. The positions are on a fixed term basis commencing September 2016.

Key to this role is the implementation and monitoring of the Company brand standards for the department. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organised and a great communicator.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure rotas reflect the operational requirements of the business.
• Customer service and engagement is constant and consistent.
• Ensure all rental kits are fit for purpose and a schedule of work is in place to keep the kit at optimum standard.
• Ensure brand standards and health and safety guidelines are adhered to by all team members.
• Maintain a culture of high performance and motivated team members.
• Ensure team members exceed targets and objectives and that corrective coaching is applied where required.
• Hold team meetings and deliver relevant business updates and training as required.
• Act as the Senior Manager on shift and to conduct opening and closing procedures when required.
• Engage guests in the value and rewards of Snozone membership.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience by delivering operational excellence.
