  • Due to current restrictions, we are no longer offering changing room facilities, so you must arrive ready and suitably dressed for your activity.  Your footwear will be exchanged for ski boots / snowboard boots at the equipment hire desks.

Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start time of your session to allow for ticket collection and getting your equipment. It is better to be here early, relax in our restaurant and have a look around before your session starts, we don’t want you to rush to get ready for your experience!

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be purchased online or on site.

  • Our friendly Reception team will need the full name of the person who made the booking. Once you have checked in at our reception desk you will then need to collect any equipment you need for your visit. Someone from the Snozone team will then meet you at the lesson or session meeting point and take you out onto the snow. Those booking a main slope pass are free to join the slope at the start time stated on their ticket.

  • Our group lessons are segmented into adult and juniors so that we can tailor the tuition to the relevant age group. If you would like to learn together as a family then we would recommend one of our family private lessons.

Please note at this time all our lessons are taught as private lessons until further notice.

  • You can speak to one of our team members between the hours of 9am-8pm. Most of our lessons and sessions are available to book online so we do recommended you try this first.
